Good to Know

Do I have to use this form to book?

Not at all. You can simply call or message us on WhatsApp and you'll be looked after just the same. This form is here to give you an instant price idea and to let those who prefer request availability more precisely and efficiently — but a phone call or a message works perfectly too.

What happens after I send my request?

Your request comes directly to our team. We reply with the final price and availability, usually within the hour. Nothing is charged in advance and you are under no obligation — this is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Can you arrange stops at local producers — tastings, mozzarella, wineries?

Yes, and they're among the nicest parts of a private journey. Timing matters, though: in summer, for instance, fresh buffalo mozzarella is often only available in the morning, and many producers keep their own hours. For this reason these stops are arranged directly with your driver, so they fit the opening times and the rhythm of the day.

Do you drive at night or in the early morning?

Yes, at any hour. For pick-ups between 20:00 and 06:00 a night supplement (20%) applies and is already shown in your estimate. Early flights and late ferries are no problem — just tell us the time.

How many passengers and bags can you carry? What about child seats?

Up to 8 passengers travel comfortably. In the configurator, large luggage and cabin luggage are limited separately to the number of passengers: each category can be set up to the passenger count. Child seats are optional and can be requested by age range: 0-3, 3-5 and 5-7 years.

When and how do I pay?

No prepayment is needed to send your request. Once we confirm availability, a prepayment is requested to secure your transfer — the amount and method are agreed directly with your driver. The remaining balance is then paid on arrival, in cash or by card.
