This website collects personal data only through the booking request form. The data you provide — name, contact details (phone or email), travel date and details — are used exclusively to respond to your enquiry and confirm your transfer or tour booking.

The legal basis for processing is contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): the data is necessary to provide the service you have requested.

We do not collect data for marketing purposes, we do not use profiling, and we do not share your data with third parties for commercial use.

2. How data is transmitted

When you submit the booking form, the information is sent directly to the service provider via WhatsApp and/or email, depending on your choice. WhatsApp messages are protected by end-to-end encryption. No data is stored on this website's server — the site does not use a database or backend system.

WhatsApp and email are operated by third-party platforms (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and your email provider respectively). Please refer to their own privacy policies for information on how they handle your data in transit.

3. Data retention

Booking data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the service and comply with applicable Italian tax and accounting obligations (generally up to 10 years as required by Italian law). Data relating to enquiries that do not result in a booking is deleted within 12 months.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies of any kind — no analytics, no tracking, no advertising. The only browser storage used is localStorage, solely to remember your display theme preference (dark or light mode) between visits. This preference is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

No cookie banner is required or displayed, as no consent-requiring cookies are in use.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:
